Ven. Geshe Kalsang Damdul was the Director of the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics. He served as a member of the Public Service Commission and also as a member of Tibetan parliment for the Central Tibetan Administration. He is now retrired.

Late Ven. Norbu Dhonden served as the Secretary of the Department of Religion and Culture for the Central Tibetan Administration. He worked in His Holiness’s office for 20 years. Now he is retired.

Ven. Geshe Pema Dorjee served as the Director of the Tibetan Childrens Village in Dharamsala. He also served as the Principal of College for Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarah in Dharamsala an undertaking by the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics.

Ven. Pema Rigzin served as the Principal of Norbu Lingka Institute. He also worked for the Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama for many years. Presently he is the Secretary of Dzogchen Monastery, South India.

Ven. Geshe Sonam Gyaltsen went to Japan in 1983 as per order of the Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and served in the Office of Tibet there for 6 years. He founded the Tibetan buddhist center Potala College in Japan in 1998.

Tsepak Rigzin spent six years of rigorous study of classical Buddhist texts in IBD. Ven. Tashi Namgyal is the founder and present General Secretary of Rinchen Zangpo Society for Spiti Development, of which the Munsel-Ling school is an initiative. He received the prestigious Padma Shri award.

Ven. Geshe Samten Gyatso is the first Headmaster of CHTS, Sarah. He received Geshe Lharampa degree from Drepung Gomang Monastery and served as senior treasurer in Drepung Gomang for 6 years. Currently he is the Director of Institute of Buddhist Dialectics, Dharamsala, H.P.

Ven. Dr. Karma Lekshe Tsomo is a Professor at the University of San Diego, USA. She is co-founder of the Sakyadhita International Association of Buddhist Women.

Mr. Tenzin Tsepak is the official English translator of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. He worked in the IBD office for about 7 years.

Dr. Thupten Kunga is an Associate Professor at the Warsaw University, Poland. He is also the Representative of the Tibetan community in Poland.

Ven. Geshe Dorji Damdul served as the official English translator of H.H. The 14th Dalai Lama after he received Geshe Lharampa degree. Currently he is the Director of Tibet House, Delhi and well known teacher.

Ven. Geshe Lobsang Dawa taught the Great Treatise of Buddhist Philosophy for 20 years at the IBD after finishing his studies from the institute. Currently he is the Director of Buddhist Society in Nepal.

Lobsang Dhondup served as a Buddhist Philosophy teacher and Principal of Dolma Ling Nunnery, Norbulinga.

Dr. Tsering Wangchuk is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at the University of San Francisco.

Ven. Geshe Ngawang Tashi is from Tawain. He served as the official Chinese translator of H.H. The 14th Dalai Lama. Currently he is the head of Pandita Translation Group in Tawain.

Dr. Chok Tenzin Monlam served as the Principal of Drepung Loling School and also the head of Research and Translation Department of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives in Dharamsala.

Ven. Geshe Kalsang Wangmo is from Germany. She is the German translator of His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama and teachers Dharamsala. She also teaches Buddhist Philosophy course to the visiting Emory University students.
